About the Author

I am Vlad Razumoffsky. I was born in Leningrad and graduated from I.P. Pavlov St. Petersburg State Medical University.

I own and operate a dental clinic in St. Petersburg, where I also work as a dentist-surgeon and orthopedist.

The idea to write a book on gender relations came to me in 2013. At first, I was simply writing down my thoughts – just for myself. Gradually I structured everything I wrote, divided it into chapters, and the book was the result. In 2015, I published and printed the first edition with a different title (it wasn’t “The War of the Sexes”) all the copies of which I gave away to friends and acquaintances.

Then, up until 2021, I added and removed some portions of the book, at the request of readers, observing the people around me and conducting some harmless experiments, which gave me an even deeper understanding of the problem, which I undertook to cover en masse. I published several more editions with different titles until the final, unabridged version called “The War of the Sexes” came about.

The unabridged version is 400 pages long. To make it easier to absorb the information in 2022, I wrote and dubbed an abridged version of the book in Russian, English, and Chinese that has 100 pages (or 2.5 hours of audio). It has all the essentials of what I want to convey to you, my audience.

There is also an unabridged variant, but so far only in Russian – both in paper and audio formats (400 pages and 10.5 hours of audio). Very soon an unabridged version will be available in English and Chinese as well, in both formats.
